IES Hawai’i is proud to offer private car services to our guests. Our SUVs seat up to (5) passengers and have room for up to (6) pieces of standard check-in luggage. Airport Pick-Up Location Guide:
Hawaiian Airlines: Inter-Island and Mainland Flights (Baggage claim 6-11)
From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and turn left and walk towards baggage claim #6 until you reach “Pre-Arranged 1”. Your driver will be waiting in this area for your pickup.
Alaska, American, Air Canada, WestJet, Sun Country, Omni Air, Virgin America, Southwest (Baggage claim 16-21)
Please use the crosswalk at baggage claim#16 and cross over to the middle median where it is labeled “Pre-Arranged #3”. Your driver will be waiting in this area for your pickup.
Delta Airlines and United Airlines (Baggage claim 22-31)
Please go out of the side exit door located right next to baggage carousel 31 with an overhead sign reading “Pre-Arranged #5”. Please wait in the seating area until your driver arrives.
International Flights
Please use the crosswalk at baggage claim#16 and cross over to the middle median where it is labeled “Pre-Arranged #3”. Your driver will be waiting in this area for your pickup.

Travelling by itself is quite stressful and we strive to help each of our customers every step of the way. Island Express Shuttle has a very modest cancellation policy: we offer a full refund for reservations cancelled at least (2) hours before the scheduled pickup time. This applies to online and phone reservations. In the event of a reservation being cancelled less than 2 hours of notice or a no-show, a refund will not be honored.

For all reservations, we require that you provide your arrival details of your flight so that we can track and anticipate your arrival. In the event that your flight is delayed, we will try our best to accommodate your changes and re-schedule your shuttle based on our seating availability and operating hours.
Upon receiving notification of a delay, please contact our office as soon as possible.
For cancellations, we are able to offer credit that will go towards rescheduled pickup time.
