We offer pick-up and return service from select Waikiki hotels for your comfort. To confirm your pick-up details, including time and location, please call our Reservations Department at 808-944-1879 at least 24 hours before your tour. Please note the hotel name when you call to ensure a smooth pick-up experience.

Our vehicles are NOT ADA accessible. However, our Guides are more than happy to assist you in the vehicle should you need help.

For cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice before the tour departure, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure will be charged the full amount.
No-shows will also be charged the full amount.
Refund Claims:
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the scheduled tour date.
Please Note:
Refunds or partial refunds will not be offered for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or unforeseen events (force majeure).
We are also unable to offer refunds for extenuating circumstances.

Pickups start at 7, and on the weekends we are usually back around 4:30pm – 5pm while on the weekdays we are usually back 5pm-5:45pm. Please keep in mind that this is all contingent on traffic conditions.
